Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy has been prepared with regard to Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006 and recommendations of Roskomnadzor. It applies to personal data received from website visitors, prospective clients and existing clients.

The Controller determines the purposes and methods of processing and takes the measures required to protect personal data.

3. Data subjects and data categories

Data subjects include website visitors, people making an enquiry, clients and representatives of business partners.

• first name, surname or alias;
• telephone number, email address or Telegram username, if provided voluntarily;
• website URL and information about a company, project or task;
• messages and materials submitted by the user;
• technical data automatically recorded by hosting infrastructure, including IP address, browser type, date and time of request;
• after separate analytics consent: device, referral source, visited pages, interactions and visit duration collected by Yandex Metrica.

The current website does not contain a form collecting a telephone number or email address. Users choose what information to provide when contacting the Controller via Telegram or email.

4. Purposes of processing

• responding to enquiries and providing consultations;
• preparing proposals and entering into or performing contracts;
• business correspondence and project support;
• maintaining website security and stable operation;
• analysing visits and improving website structure, content and usability, only after analytics consent;
• meeting obligations under Russian law.

5. Legal grounds

Processing is based on the data subject’s consent, an enquiry initiated by the user, the need to enter into or perform a contract, or requirements of Russian law. Federal Law No. 152-FZ establishes processing rules but does not itself replace a specific legal ground.

6. Processing operations and retention

Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, necessary disclosure to authorised contractors, restriction, deletion and destruction, with or without automated means.

Data is retained until the relevant purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. Once the legal grounds cease to apply, data is deleted or destroyed within the periods required by law.

The Controller does not sell personal data or use it for bulk advertising without separate consent.

7. Cookies and Yandex Metrica

The website uses Yandex Metrica counter No. 97173347. The Metrica script is loaded only after the user selects “Allow analytics” in the website notice. No analytics data is transferred before consent.

Once analytics is allowed, the service may use cookies and process technical information about the visit, device, referral source and page interactions. The service provider is YANDEX LLC. Its processing is governed by the Yandex Privacy Policy.

The choice is stored in the browser’s local storage. To display the choice again, clear this website’s data in the browser. Refusing analytics does not restrict access to the website.

8. Telegram and authorised parties

Users open Telegram on their own initiative. By sending a message, a user voluntarily transfers the selected information through Telegram. Telegram processes data under its own terms; the website Controller does not control its infrastructure.

Hosting providers and authorised contractors may process data only to the extent necessary to operate the website or perform obligations, subject to confidentiality and applicable law.

9. Data security

The Controller applies legal, organisational and technical safeguards against unlawful or accidental access, alteration, disclosure, restriction, copying, provision, distribution and destruction.

10. Data subject rights

A data subject may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion, and may withdraw consent. Requests should be sent to info@lvseo.ru and include sufficient information to identify the applicant and the relevant data.

11. Policy changes

The Controller updates this Policy when the website, processing practices or applicable laws change. The current version is always available on this page.
